On Saturday May 15th some of the best Strength & Conditioning Coaches in the region will be present at the 1st Annual John B. Campbell Family and Fitness Center’s Strength & Conditioning Clinic to develop female athletes…WILL YOU BE ONE OF THEM??

From the Desk of: Gregory “Graig” White

This event will become the go to clinic for Jr. High, Club, High School Coaches, College Sport and Strength Coaches, of female athletes.

Our goal is to provide coaches and fitness professionals the opportunity to learn proper training principles for activities ranging from cheerleading to any other sport you can imagine.

This will be an event you won’t want to miss. Over the last 21 years, I’ve been lucky enough to work with athletes who have competed at the highest levels of competition under some of the best coaches in the country. So, when I tell you that these are the top coaches in the country, I’m talking about coaches who have won numerous NCAA National Titles and Professional titles!

In 2008, I returned to the high school ranks. What I noticed when I first started working with high school athletes was that many of them were not very athletic, strong or flexible for that matter. With that knowledge in hand,, we decided to restructure the whole strength and conditioning program. This gave us an opportunity to rethink how we looked at the high school four year process instead of a yearly training plan.

You might be asking yourself, why is this important? My point is that when a program wins championships, it’s not one person that takes the credit, many people help in that process. Over the years, I have consulted with the very best strength and conditioning coaches, have researched, visited and spent 100’s of hours on the phone with the people who build championship teams and organizations. The goal – to create the complete high school strength and conditioning program.

So, I’ve decided to gather my group of strength and conditioning coaches and ask them to spill the beans on coaching, training, motivating, designing, implementing and evaluating athlete development programs. For more information, you can contact Graig White at 856-225-2743. Registration starts at 9am. The cost will be $30.
