Complete Conditioning for Volleyball

This publication is one I found very informative and easy to read and follow. The authors have worked to keep the concepts simple and not use a lot of jargon. The book is very well put together , as with a lot of the books published by Human Kinetics, the pictures and text work very well together so that if you are not a strength coach you will get a great sense of how things should go with the training protocol.

The publication has 216 pages and it flows really nicely, I have read books with a lot more pages and had that also had a lot less information. All in all if you are working with a volleyball program that is looking and working to get better and stronger utilizing this book will go along way to helping you reach those goals.
