Paul VI High School
Five Week Peak is now forming at Paul VI High School in Haddonfield, NJ. Starting Tuesday, June 1st at 6:00 pm, we will meet twice a week for 5 weeks on Tuesday and Thursday. The training sessions will be focused on athletes who want to train with other like-minded athletes in a setting the will be conducive to becoming the best they can be.
This program is comprehensive and demanding and when followed properly will prove to be very rewarding. Emphasis is placed on education, only by understanding our training methods and how each applies to your sport, can you truly achieve greater success. Each session will cover the basics of speed, agility, strength, power, and flexibility.

Gregory “Graig” White and Salem together again!
Camden, NJ (May 20, 2009) - Gregory “Graig” White Director of Performance Enhancement at Rutgers University and founder of Team Conditioning Systems is proud to announce his partnership with the John B. Campbell Fitness Center. Coach White, a former resident of Salem, left to seek his fortune in the world of Athletic Performance Enhancement and has done well for himself. He has spent his time wisely in the NBA, and working with NFL Strength and Conditioning coaches and athletes, he has also worked with other athletes from numerous other sports as well. Owner of a NCAA National Championship Ring for his work the 2006 DIII Rutgers University Softball team is one of the moments Coach White points to one asked about his experiences in the business. Graig White hired as Paul VI High School’s first strength and conditioning coach.
Camden, NJ (July 14, 2008) - Today, Gregory “Graig” White announces a new partnership with Paul VI High School as their first Strength and Conditioning coach. "Our athletes and coaches are looking for innovative ways to enhance the performance of every athlete that competes for us”, says Donna Harris head Girl’s basketball coach and Assistant Athletic Director. “It was our mission to hire the best available person, and in Graig we are sure we did just that.”
Graig who has been in the game for more than 20 years is quite excited about this opportunity. “Working with Coach Harris has always been fun and now I get to work with the rest of the teams at the school, it is a challenge that I accept whole heartedly,” said Coach White. "I get to work with a population that I know I can be a positive influence on and hopefully inspire them to the greatness that is all of them.”
Graig brings a reputation as a guy who gets things done; his techniques have been honed by some of the best athletes and coaches in the world! A reputation built on efficiency and strong desire to make the daily commitment to total fitness and a healthier lifestyle more enjoyable for each and every athlete.
