I would first like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us to this point; the initial stage of PVI Performance has gone better than I could have ever hoped. I have to say that I am truly humbled by the fact that the kids come out and continue to do everything that is asked of them. I can’t tell you how exciting it is to be around energy like this. The reason we are here is because of a vision and a desire to be a part of a new and exciting revolution. We are here to offer the athletes an opportunity to enhance their ability to compete, and with that, PVI Performance was born!!!

Paul VI High School’s first strength and conditioning coach "Our athletes and coaches are looking for innovative ways to enhance the performance of every athlete that competes for us”, says Donna Harris head Girl’s basketball coach and Assistant Athletic Director. “It was our mission to hire the best available person, and in Graig we are sure we did just that.” Graig White has been working with the athletes at Paul VI for almost a year now and still is enjoying every moment. Graig who has been in the game for more than 20 years is still excited about this opportunity. “Working with Coach Harris has always been fun and now I get to work with the rest of the teams at the school, it is a challenge that I accept whole heartedly,” said Coach White.  "I get to work with a population that I know I can be a positive influence on and hopefully inspire them to the greatness that is all of them.” Graig brings a reputation as a guy who gets things done; his techniques have been honed by some of the best athletes and coaches in the world! A reputation built on efficiency and strong desire to make the daily commitment to total fitness and a healthier lifestyle more enjoyable for each and every athlete. “We are excited about having Graig be available for us and our program, we see this as the first step in a powerful partnership for years to come", says Coach Harris.

What is PVI Performance?

It is the education and elevation arm of the Paul VI High School Athletic Department. It is our goal to help every student- athlete who competes for our school to be as fit and injury resistant as possible. It is our goal to create student- athletes who will be able to compete for college scholarship dollars. It is our goal to assist athletes with as much information and support in an efficient and effective manner.

An added benefit is the cost effectiveness; with no added cost to you our program is comparable to any other program of this type in the country!! Once again I would just like to say thank you for your continued support and look forward to serving you for many years!!
