Inch Worm

Oh my! This is probably the best all around exercise we do! There have come to be several different ways to do the Inch Worm the one I’ve found to be most effective is with the towel. When dragging the feet in the towel the intensity on the Abs and lower back cannot be beat. The shear force created by the friction can do a number of things it helps strengthen the upper body as well just by having to support the body and “walking” forward on your hands. You can add to the intensity by adding the Mini bands mad by Perform Better around the wrists of the athletes, you can take that same band and twist it around the wrists of the athlete. You can have the athlete do a set number of pushups during the ordeal, you will only be limited by your creativity.
